We will be using the popular and secure video conferencing software by Zoom to hold our 2021 Taylor Family Virtual Reunion. Most of you are probably familiar with this software through school, church, or other settings.

Joining a Zoom meeting is easy. Simply click the link in the invitation email that you will receive. If you haven’t used Zoom before it will automatically download the “web browser client” when you join. If you prefer, you can download the software ahead of time by going to zoom.us/download and click the Download button for “Zoom Client for Meetings.”

Usually your Zoom client will notify you if there is a new version or update that needs to be installed. If you have installed Zoom before, you can check for new updates by opening the Zoom client and clicking your initials or your profile picture in the top right corner. This will open a menu of options. Scroll down and click “Check for Updates.”
