Novella, age 90, died 14 July 2001 at her daughter’s home in Fairview, Utah.
She was born May 3, 1911 in Aurora UT to George Sern and Effie Mae Mason Madsen.
She married George Glen Taylor, 22 Aug 1929 in Richfield, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died 11 Dec 1994.
She was an active member of the LDS Church where she served in many capacities. She and friend Amy Curtis sewed burial clothing for many years in Aurora UT. She was survived by four children, 36 grandchildren, 104 great-grandchildren and 37 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Clocen Taylor.
Burial was 17 Jul 2001 in the Aurora Cemetery. Novella’s husband was the son of Heber Calvert Taylor & Chloe Elletice Williams. Heber was the son of William Riley Taylor & Margaret Jane Effison. William was the son of Allen Taylor & Sarah Lovisa Allred.
